The
AT&T Co-Pilot/First Officer position is responsible for the safe
conduct of flights to which assigned, regardless of the station occupied
in the aircraft. Assures trip is conducted so as to best serve the
needs of the passengers being transported. Serves as First
Officer/Second-in-Command, assists the Captain in the operation of the
aircraft and is fully competent to assume command if necessary. Perform
duties as assigned during flight preparation and during the flight. May
be assigned to perform other duties related to the general activities of
the department, whenever not engaged in a flight operation. Must
possess proper certificates and authorization prior to assignment as
Captain/Pilot-in-Command of a flight. Entry level position for pilot.
Typically reports to Asst. Chief Pilot
Starting
annual salary is $84,000 with a potential 12% annual target bonus.
After 6-9 months probationary period, an 8% increase may be applied and a
promotion to Pilot with Captain status (accompanied with a potential
19% annual target bonus).
Required Skills:
* FAA Airline Transport Certificate
* FAA Medical Certificate First Class
* Total Flight Time- 2500 hours
* PIC Flight Time- 1000 hours
* Multi-Engine/Turbine Flight Time- 1000 hours
Desired Skills:
* Four year college degree (preferred)
