Skills / Industry Qualifications Required:	-- Must be a U.S. Citizen holding only U.S. Passport, Green Card on limited basis -- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking Pashto and Dari -- Must be willing to obtain a security clearance -- Must be willing to travel overseas if required.
