It is not a surprise that sometimes people feel misfit for their job in Pakistan. It is a common story as in today’s economy when people are not getting jobs in Faisalabad then it is a fact that you will go for any job that come your way as now it’s the time to earn and here you don’t have any choice.
But after some days you feel like you will not fit at this place no matter you do what. You have lost your enthusiasm and your creativity level is zero. You feel stuck and miserable, but the important question what do you do when you are in this situation?

Personality difference also creates clashes with jobs as if you are an introvert then you obviously will like to do work in calm and silent working environment but your current job demands something different from you that where you have to deal with diverse people. You have to work on group projects and mingle with other people which you don’t like.
