Breaktime Studios is a preeminent studio that developer world-class social mobile games that reach millions of players every month.  As the Community Manager you will work directly with our game development and quality assurance teams to provide exceptional community support and customer service for live titles. Your main focus will be cultivating and maintaining a strong relationship with the community through email, social media, and community forums. You will make sure our game stays fun and bug free and provide the game team with reports and updates to continuously help improve the player experience.

Responsibilities

  • Create a community management plan including: Facebook game page, Game FAQ, Forum creation and maintenance, and surveys
  • Reflect the tone and spirit of the game in all community interactions
  • Orchestrate events and campaigns to foster acquisition and deepen customer engagement
  • Provide insight into the community and customer support issues
  • Prepare reports summarizing and highlighting feedback from the community with actionable recommendations
  • Daily/weekly written reports on customer reported bugs
  • Respond to community and support requests from customers promptly, professionally and accurately
  • Maintain a current knowledge of all the mechanics, prices and policies for our game
  • Relay any suggestions for better communication, tools, analytics, process and procedural alignment between customer support and community engagement

Requirements
  • 1+ years experience in a senior community management role
  • 1+ years customer/technical support experience supporting game customers
  • Extensive knowledge of social games on mobile is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Self-motivated, quality-driven work ethic
  • A passion for helping people and a knack for resolving issues
  • Bachelor’s diploma or degree preferred
