Working with senior managers and directors, you'll support them, whilst leading your own projects as we continue to develop how we best serve our customers. Who we are looking for:
We are looking for graduates who are 'early adopters' - people who understand the difference that technology can make to their lives and others. A computing degree is far from necessary, we consider graduates with varied degree backgrounds, from Maths to History or even Music. The important thing is that you are a rational thinker who can use both logic and creativity to apply IT to our business - moving it forward into new markets or modernising our approach to old ones.
Technological change drives business change and we need people who have a passionate interest in and understanding of both. Our future leaders must have excellent communication and team/people skills in order to influence our direction, so you must be able to successfully change how people work and think about things. You'll be supported all the way with dedicated training and mentoring and on completing your scheme you will immediately go into an actual role.
If you're curious about a career in technology and business management, there's no better place to be and no better time than now.
What You'll Need:
We look for at least a Grade B in GCSE Maths and English as well as a minimum 2:1 degree or above or 280 UCAS points, ideally combined with some work experience.
Your actual degree subject doesn't matter, although of course if it's related to the work you want to do, it would be useful.
You'll also need confidence, character and a certain competitive streak. You must be able to take the initiative - capable of making decisions and putting them into action. You are a future leader. Your success is ours. And our different and better Graduate Scheme will make sure that we both succeed.
