WBRS are currently seeking an
experienced Software Trainer for an exciting, rapidly growing, Global
Software organisation in the heart of the City of London.
The position of Trainer is to primarily train clients on the use of their own bespoke software. Training will take the form of classroom style training and online/video E-learning training webinars. Training courses are delivered in-house and upon request at customer sites, regular travel and overnight stays are required for this role.
This role also encompasses other technical tasks such as report writing, SQL database administration and data conversions. On the whole, a good technical all-rounder with training experience would be ideal for this role.
Specific duties and responsibilities include:
The ability, demonstrated by experience, to train end users on the use of software systems is crucial to this role. Whether within a structured environment or thinking out of the box with extraordinary implementations you will be able to quickly adapt your delivery style to enthuse participants at every level inspiring confidence in the use of our applications. The ability to write technical documents in the form of course notes, help files and manuals is also crucial to this role.
The ability to design and deliver online courses and creativity within this area is very desirable.
