Are you an Accounts Payable Professional immediately available to temp? We have an urgent booking paying £11.00 per hour. (Holiday Pay will be accrued on top)
We have a large Private Medical Centre in the West-End urgently seeking someone with strong Accounts Payable and invoice experience.
Duties will include:

• dealing with the post, logging the invoices, dealing with statements, filing of work, dispatching of cheques and BACS remittances.

• Checking invoices for errors and price differences. Posting invoices to suppliers accounts and the general ledger and filing in alphabetical order with the GRN (goods received notes).

• Matching of invoices

• Monitoring logged invoices and chasing those that have not been returned.

• Aiding with the purchase ledger accruals at month end.

• Scanning of all invoices and statements and linking of such documents.

Location: West-End
Salary: £11 per hour (Holiday pay on top)
