Job Description
We are a fast growing Real Estate Brokerage Firm located in Brickell looking for an Office Manager/Personal Assistance for the Real Estate Brokerage Firm We are looking for someone with management qualities and experience to run a Real Estate Brokerage Firm as well have experience in dealing with customers in person and over the phone. The candidate will be require to assist the Broker as well be responsible in managing the incoming leads the company generates while working the leads of the company on a daily basis by showing the properties to secure a sale/lease under the supervision of the Broker. The prospect will be responsible to oversee the Property Management Division so any experience in property management will be a plus.
Position Requirements
Skills / Industry Qualifications Required:	Skill Requirements: - Candidate must have a valid Real Estate License - Bilingual required ( most speak Spanish and English) - Excellent Grammar skill required ( Spanish and English) - Good Interpersonal & Phone Skills - Strong Computer Skills Required: Windows, Outlook, Word (typing & grammar) and Excel - Some marketing and advertisement experience is a (PLUS) - Property management skills or experience is a (PLUS) - Ability to multi-task, prioritize and follow detailed instructions in a fast paced environment - Enthusiastic, Friendly & Helpful Attitude are very important - Punctual, Reliable, Loyal & Trustworthy Prospect must have a car to show properties as well to take out clients. Candidate will be provided with on parking space, lunch break per day, bonus for each sale/rental and yearly bonus of company’s productivity.
