    Job Description

    Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Processing of purchase invoices to tight company timescales in a pro active dedicated fashion
    • Controlling the process from start to finish along company guidelines, policies and procedures
    • Build a good knowledge of the supplier terms and conditions to ensure they are applied as contracted
    • Assist in the development of procedures and purchase invoicing controls and practices
    • Assist staff in completing expense forms correctly
    • Assist in the recovery of import VAT from non-EC purchases
    • Correct VAT recording and recovery
    • Statement reconciliation and query resolution
    • Payment recommendation and processing
    • Job costing entry and management around a work in progress system to ensure jobs are properly costed from which accurate sales invoices will be processed –part of the role is to help manage and maintain the WIP system
    • Purchase ledger improvers around controls
    • Cover for holidays and absence in sales ledger

    Person Specification

    Must have:
    Advanced Microsoft
    Fantastic communication skills
    Pro - active
    Experience of processing large amount of invoices
