So it is important that you don’t make those mistakes which totally blow your chances with recruiter so that they won’t hire you.
Recruiting managers do not like that candidate get too personal with them for example; it is a true incident when a candidate asks their recruiter to marry him. It is totally unethical that you behave something like this when you are supposed to be an interviewee.
Cutesy languages and texting slangs should not be used and you never put those in their resumes as well. These types of things represented you as totally non professional and you should avoid these types of dumb resume tricks.
It is very important that you portray a positive image in front of recruiters and you should avoid anything that convey that you are irresponsible, childish and immature as these type of things does not like by recruiters and they will not hire and avoid you at any cost.
Lies and making up things about you that you don’t even posses will remove all the trust which recruiters once have on you and for next time they will never trust you and most probably will never call you. It is important that you should never misrepresent the times, duties, qualifications, educations and technical responsibilities.
Recruiters say that if you’re a good fit for a position they will let you know right away and they will contact you but it does not mean that you keep on disturbing them and always irritating them by calling and contacting them several times a day. If you do not hear from them in weeks and months then you can contact and confirm but do all the things by being in your limits and according to ethics. These types of things makes you look like that you are desperate and a little scary too.
In the end, You must have to act like which impresses the recruiters and no matter how recruiters behave it is important that you act in the most professional or diligent manner as you still need to be professional.
