Requirements
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Sells new or used vehicles Completes paperwork accompanying vehicle sales Maintains customer service at or above company standards Answers questions about the vehicle and addresses customers’ concerns Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of vehicle prices, models, series, options and variations Meet individual and dealership sales goals Engages in business development through continuous follow-up and prospecting of referrals Takes customers on demonstration of vehicle, in accordance with dealership procedures   Job Requirements: At least 2 years sales experience required - Automotive experience is encouraged Professional appearance and strong communications skills Basic computer skills a must Proven track record Strong record of positive customer service results Team-oriented Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test Valid driver's license with good driving record Benefits Include: Our team members enjoy a positive working environment with opportunities for professional growth through training and advancement from within the organization.
