Summary:

Sales Consultants are responsible for working with customers to identify their vehicle needs, finding the appropriate vehicle to meet their needs while ensuring each customer has a premium dealership experience.
Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Sells new or used vehicles
  • Completes paperwork accompanying vehicle sales
  • Maintains customer service at or above company standards
  • Answers questions about the vehicle and addresses customers’ concerns
  • Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of vehicle prices, models, series, options and variations
  • Meet individual and dealership sales goals
  • Engages in business development through continuous follow-up and prospecting of referrals
  • Takes customers on demonstration of vehicle, in accordance with dealership procedures  


Job Requirements:


  • At least 2 years sales experience required - Automotive experience is encouraged
  • Professional appearance and strong communications skills
  • Basic computer skills a must
  • Proven track record
  • Strong record of positive customer service results
  • Team-oriented
  • Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test
  • Valid driver's license with good driving record
