Fastaff Travel Nursing is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Case Manager Travel RN Registered Nurse to join our growing team of nursing professionals.

• BLS Required, BSN preferred
• As a Registered Nurse Case Manager, you will be responsibile for providing ongoing support and expertise through comprehensive assessment, planning, implementation and overall evaluation ofindividual patient needs. The Case Manager Travel RN has accountability for the care, coordination and discharge planning of all patients.
• The Case Manager RN will be working in a world class facility with top quality staff working with you.
• The Case Manager Travel RN Registered Nurse reports to the Director of Case Management.
