There are many job openings in Pakistan even in a single day and people tends to apply for them but they forget to check whether intentionally or unintentionally because people don’t take interest in that matter to find out that whether you will be comfortable in the company’s environment or not, and believe me this is also one of the main reason that resignation and firing rate on the jobs in Pakistan or all over the world are increasing at an alarming rate.
So it is important that if you apply for any job you first go through the company detail like how it is and also do connect with them on social medias so that you can analyze or have some idea that what you are applying to.
Usually we have witness the questions related to our personal life and interests asked by interviewers as well as when you fill any job application so what does it mean when they ask you about your dream job, your favorite movie etc, companies actually want to know and trying to figure you out whether you will be the correct candidate for the job and can you mingle well with the people already on staff as well as the environment. Companies have now realized that these cultural factors also play a greater role and sometimes even a little more than your skills or background.
It is also important for job applicants that they should do some effort on their part and learn about the culture of the team for you will be working. Interviews are a great platform where you know thoroughly about the culture of the company and it matters that you enjoy your time at the office and don’t feel like stuck as it can reflect in your work productivity.
